July Remix Take Two

I decided to make another July Remix Tag.  Usually I make one... but I had an idea.  Besides, inking and die cutting is fun!  For the How To on this tag check out Tim's Blog.

My collection of dies to create the words and travel blueprints.

Some distress marker inking, glaze and spritz.

And a lot of colour!

Thanks for popping in for Take Two for my July Remix!

Fall for July Tag

July is here and the weather is (finally) hot where I am.  But Fall is on my mind.  For my tag I used the Halloween Blueprints set.  That Wheat stamp is irresistible.
I actually don't have the set Tim used... Shocking but true.

Well, I snapped off a few shots before my battery died.

I'm loving the remix!

Check out these adorable Metal Acorn Charms from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies.  A little Fall Sneak Peek!

For the "Fall" I used the newAlphanumeric Marquee letters.

I used a wordband inked with rusty hinge distress paint.

"Life is good" with the Small Talk, Acorn Charms and a Gumdrop!

I have always loved this "Wheat" stamp and it was one of my first TH stamps I purchased!  I love how it peeks out.

Tim's July Remix Tag

As always each tag is fun the create and new things to learn.  Fingers crossed I have time to make one for August!  Oh those "lazy days" of summer aren't so lazy!

Sizzix Party Ideas: Fall Place Setting

I'm back from my very damp and long vacation!  Settling back into my routine now that all the vacation laundry is done.
I have a few things I am working on before I go away again in August.  For the month of July the Eileen Hull Team has been creating awesome Party Decor projects.  Check out my Thanksgiving "FALL" Party Place Setting.

I used the Flower Pansy and Place Card and Flower die's for this project.  Along with those awesome coffee filters and distress inks fossilized amber, carved pumpkin and barn door.

Once inked and crinkled I cut the coffee filter flowers and inked the edges.  Gathered a couple more dies and stamps to pull this quick project together.

To help make projects quicker I will often cut a few extra cuts like with the Fall Foliage die.

I cut the Calendar Words October with Sizzix Leather Paperand inked the bottom with ground espresso for a gradient look.

I love the Flower Pansyadhered to the top with a Emerald Creek Pine Cone charm center.
