Faceless

I have to say that I love both the techniques to create this months tag.   However, I am not a fan of how my tag turned out!  I have been wanting black alcohol ink FOREVER and I like to forget to pick it up. I am not a fan of the colour of my Yuppo layer.  With that said... I love the technique with all it's layering, stamping and stenciling.
I just got the Dapper stamps and that bowler hat is awesome!  I used the skulls stencils to create this random line of ghost like faces.

The Ornate Frame #2 is a must layer.

I love creating colour for the alpha parts.

Loving the new fun tokens!

You know you have a lot of stuff when you forget you own these wicked Alpha parts :/

Some spooky elements can go a long way!

Even though I didn't get the end result I wanted with that dark haunting look.  I still love the technique and the technique is what it's all about.
I am BEYOND excited for October tag and creating for my most favorite time of year!

Holiday Pillow Box

I am on theSizzix Blogtoday sharing some Holiday Inspiration.  Pop by to check out this super quick project.  Zip a couple of dies off some glue and ink and you're done!
See you over there...

Winter is Coming

Have you seen the new Snowglobe?  Sure you have!
This is not for the faint of heart and you really have to be on top of your cuts!  However, the end result is STUNNING and well worth it.  I stuck to the image on the packaging so I could understand how it all comes together.

My phone died but I did manage to get a few shots off before I had to plug it in!  Keep in mind you need to cut some of these a couple of times since you layer.  Next time I would just cut my watercolor paper 2 times.

I feel like I'm in Austria looking at this!

I added dimension.

Here's where you layer with the lite up windows.

I used clear rock candy on all the trees, mountains and snow for that sugary look!

The Believe is from my new Woodland Winter stamp set cut and layered with the Labels Thinlit dies.

Another sentiment stamp from my new stamp set Woodland Winter.  For fun I cut the poinsettias with the new Mixed Media Christmas Thinlit then I coloured it up with Distress Crayons.

All the bits for…

Pumpkins 4 Sale

Anyone need pumpkins? The Inspiration Team for Eileen Hull has been cooking up Holiday inspiration all month.  I have to say I love theBox Cookie die for so many projects.  I can be so versatile and I couldn't wait to use it.

I did manage to snap this shot off before my phone died.  I love my skeletons.  Basically, I cut the Box Cookie using mat board then added a layer of G45 Halloween paper.  I attached some black tinsel twine and cut up a few Tattered Leaves.  Then started to attach everything.

I cut this wee sign using theLabelsThinlit.

The Box Cookieis one of my favorite dies.  I love how it looks all decked out.

Can I hold that pumpkin for you.

The Skeleton is sitting on this fun pumpkin and I love to snap his joints to pose him..  All tucked on top of the tattered leaves.

Adding tinsel twine to the base and top is a great pop of shimmer.
